When you can’t be there in person, watching something live is the next best thing. But streaming entails far more than just setting up a camera or two and turning them on. The best live streaming events are carefully designed and curated. Building excitement, creating surprise or gathering feedback – all are very different processes in a virtual live presentation than a real one, with necessarily very different requirements. At Digital Romance, we won’t promise you a streaming event that will be better than a live one (let’s be real)….but we will promise you the next best thing.

Well thought-through communication can help people prepare, manage expectations and significantly increase the level of participation and enjoyment. Proper follow-up can make the difference between an event that was ok and an event that shifted an organization’s direction, or from an online meeting that was interesting to one that actually moved the project significantly forward.

HIGH-IMPACT CONTENT CREATION

A virtual event is not the same as an in-person event! Visual and audio clues, attention spam, screen size and programme flow are all significantly different and require adaptations to material and programming. So your material also needs to be adapted. We can:

PACKAGED CONCEPTS

Although we are happy to provide whatever custom solution the situation requires, we have a number of tried-and-true concepts that always perform!

Every romance needs a little bit of steam! PressureCooker is a series of 30 seconds (max) prerecorded videos. The focus is on capturing – and improving – the working environment of the organization. Employees and/or clients, partners etc. are asked rapid fire questions on their feelings about the organization, the atmosphere, level of professionalism, hallway interaction, etc.. and are then asked to come up with a single suggestion for improving one of these. Great for capturing and sharing the zeitgeist of an organization for a meeting or event. Also works well as a Before & After  teaser.

Showing is sharing! MyMicroDocu is a string of pre-recorded micro documentaries of employees, each one no longer than 120 seconds. The purpose is to get the inside scoop on an employee and share a side of them that colleagues rarely, if ever, get to see. Subjects can be sports, literature, music, movies, history, nature, painting, gardening, travelling, cooking, meditation or literally anything. A MyMicroDocu is scripted in advance, told by the employee and enriched with photo and video materials and music. Great for building connections and fostering the human face of your most important resource.

The Art of Improvement! VideoAtelier is a 5-10 minute pre-recorded video in which an established artist or other professional gives a number of tips to improve in a certain area. That can be painting, sculpturing, drawing, yoga, playing an instrument etcetera. Employees watching are invited to join in and are enabled to ask questions after the broadcast via chat. Excellent for introducing perspectives that are often not present in organizational contexts.
